Very nice quality and at an affordable price, a heavy bottom. I'll finally be able to make me these pancakes that I dream since a long time. Excellent product! The first use I did not tight enough the lid of the stroke it does not rise in pressure! it says 3 lap minimum but c is rather 5! Superb pressure cooker! I advise! Great classic. A good quality product. The retractable handles is a good idea. The electronic timer that prévietn when it is necessary to reduce the power of the fire and then stop is very good (although my husband finds it too low in intensity). The only problem is the cleaning of the lid which is a can be tedious (it is necessary to take a coin to disassemble it and reassemble it) I am satisfied with this purchase. I had the complete series for over 10 years (same brand, same model) that I renewed because I love it and don't trade it for anything in the mode! They go on all hobs including induction!
